Final Quote
We provide a detailed, all-inclusive quote that covers everything from civil work to plumbing and electricals.
Step 05
60% Payment
Once the design is finalized, a 60 percent payment allows us to begin execution and procurement.
Phase 3
Step 06
Manufacturing & Install Starts
Our expert visits your site, listens to your vision, and prepares an initial estimate tailored to your needs.
Step 07
Pay Up to 90%
As installation progresses, we reach the next milestone with up to 90 percent payment to cover project advancements.
Phase 4
Step 08
Final Install
We complete the setup, fit all units perfectly, and align everything to the approved design.
Step 09
Civil, MEP, Paint Touchups
Our team handles plumbing, electrical, and final painting to give your home that polished finish.
Step 10
100% Payment
Once everything is complete and approved, the final balance is paid before handover.
